Arriving in San Francisco (Day 1)

Every day in the city can literally be a new day for everyone with different things happening around. After having your brunch, head out to explore this sprawling city of San Francisco. Start by visiting the foodie-friendly Ferry Building which also has a big market place. Walking for a few minutes down the Embarcadero, board a ferry to the island of Alcatraz. Alcatraz is a beautiful small island with abundant natural beauty around. Have your lunch at one of the restaurants in Alcatraz and spend the rest of the day till evening exploring the areas of fortification, the military prison and the lighthouse. Exploring San Francisco (Day 2)
This morning, after your breakfast head out to explore the vibrant city of San Francisco. Drive from San Francisco to Yosemite (Day 3)

Hire a cab and leave for the Yosemite early morning after breakfast. It will take you around 4-5 hours to reach Yosemite from SF. Reach the Yosemite Park and relax for the remaining day.
 
Yosemite National Park (Day 4)
Considered as one of the most popular tourist destinations in West America, Yosemite National Park is always worth a trip. Drive from Yosemite to Las Vegas via Death Valley National Park (Day 6)

It will take you around 5-6  hours from Yosemite to reach the Death Valley, National Park. Reach by the afternoon, have your lunch and relax yourself a bit after the long hectic drive. Driving from Death Valley to Las Vegas (Day 8)

Driving to the Grand Canyon (Day 9)
After having your breakfast this morning, leave for ride to the great Grand Canyon.  The drive from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon takes about five hours and is one of the most scenic journeys you will ever take. Head over south to the new Hoover Dam Bypass which is a site worth stopping by. Also, stop by at the Kingman Arizona while you are on the way to see the popular Route 66. Then take an east back to the highway and reach Grand Canyon in the evening. Relax for the night in a hotel before you set out to explore the park next morning.
 
Exploring the Grand Canyon (Day 10)
The Grand Canyon is a truly grand in its sheer size. And everybody must see it in person at least one to truly appreciate the beauty it is. The free newspaper called ‘Guide’ is available at every station here to help you explore the Canyon in its best way. With a number of maps and routes, the guide really helps you to explore the Grand Canyon at its fullest. Start your day by taking the Grand Canyon Railway from Williams to Grand Canyon National Park. It is one of the best experiences you will ever have to go on train journey through the vast canyons. After the lunch, descend in to the canyon by taking the Bright Angel trail to witness some of the most colorful and geological formations in person. Exploring Los Angeles (Day 12)
After exploring and enjoying the abundant natural beauty in Yosemite and Grand Canyon, it is now time to explore the sprawling cities with its huge buildings, amazing architectures and much more. Los Angeles is home to the television and film industry making it one of the most interesting cities to visit. Start your day by visiting the Space Shuttle Endeavour at the California Science Centre.  After the lunch, visit the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Sign. Exploring City and Heading back (Day 14)
