  • As a traveller, you are free to create your own holiday plans and book it through our platform.  
  • lastminute.com, through its trusted network of destination managers, holds the responsibility of delivering the services and all the related operations - including the hotel booking, transportation arrangements, sightseeing and experiences, which are detailed as per the itinerary, subject to the price charged for.   
  • As a responsible booking platform, lastminute.com performs necessary due diligence and conduct periodic quality check and acts as a reliable channel of trust between the service providers at each destination and travelers. However, we request the travellers to do their part as well in reading the review ratings of the hotels they are booking, beforehand to avoid any unpleasant incidents.   
  • Hotel & Flight Confirmations: Room inventory in most of the destinations are dynamic in nature. Once you make the advance payment, we reconfirm the room availability and revert with Booking Intimation (BI), within 72 hours of advance payment. During the lead time to confirm the hotels, the flight prices (being volatile) might change,
    • To avail the same package price, please intimate our operations team to book the flights immediately after the advance payment - meaning, in case of non availability of hotels/rooms, there will be a change in the selected hotels.
    • Else, please wait for the hotel confirmations to come, before booking the flight ticket - meaning, the additional cost, if any, will be added to the package price, due to the delay in booking the flights.
  • Please note the hotel check in time is at 3pm and check out time is at 12noon. Requests for any early check in and late check out is at hotel's discretion and they may demand additional payment which needs to be paid directly at the hotel.
  • Mandatory "Gala Dinner" charges are mandatory to be paid, for New Year (31st Dec) and Christmas eves (24th Dec) at all the hotels - to be paid by the travelers, in addition to the package cost.  
  • Package cost does not include any entry fees to museums, monuments, watersports or any other activity that you may avail directly at the destination.
  • In an unlikely event of any change to the above itinerary from our end, we shall make the COMPLETE REFUND (100% of the advance paid) within 24 HOURS of receiving the payment.However, refund is not applicable for the advance payment made, if the rooms are available but if the customer intends to cancel the booking
  • Scanned passport copies (first and last page) MUST be shared within 2 hrs of Advance Payment. Any increase in flight fares after that need to be borne by the travellers if the passport copies are not shared in time. If passport is not available, full names of pax. as per passport is mandatory (lastminute.com is not responsible for any name mismatches between passport and tickets which might lead to denial of flight boarding). If passport has been just applied, copy of the application is needed to book the tickets/hotels. 
  • Our liability is limited if the tour/transport is disrupted in the event of fires, explosions caused by earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, floods termed as an Act of GOD; in the event of hostilities, war or to be declared war, invasion of foreign enemies, embargo, rebellion, riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs, revolution or civil war, or acts or threats of terrorism, radio activity leak due to nuclear fuel etc. No compensation can be given, neither the refund of the trip cost will be done, as the above circumstances are beyond our control/authority.

Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: 20% of the total package value to be paid, to initiate the bookings
  • Interim Payment: 50% of the total package price to be paid, within 48 hours of sharing the Booking Intimation (along with flight ticket, hotel confirmation as applicable)
  • Final Payment: 30% to be paid, 20 days prior to the date of departure
  • For travel dates of less than 20 days, the interim and final payments will have to be completed immediately after the Booking Intimation (BI) is shared.
  • For non refundable ticket there may be a demand of 100% of the flight ticket amount to be paid at the time of booking.
  • All the payments can be made online or offline. The check-in to the hotel, will be subject to the successful payment and updation of the same in our platform. 
    • Online: Using payment gateway (Transaction charges as levied by the bank will be applicable for the payments made using payment gateway)
    • Offline: By Bank Deposit or NEFT, to lastminute.com's bank account
  • The current payment gateway charges are at 2% of the transaction made, which is levied by the payment gateway service provider. lastminute.com doesn't have a role in this component. If the customer wishes to avoid these charges, lastminute.com advice them to make payment using NEFT/Netbanking options. Payment gateway charges aren't applicable for the advance payments. 
  • If the balance payment is not complete and status is not updated in our system at least 20 days prior to the date of arrival, the rooms/transfers/flights booked in your name will be auto-canceled for all the hotels/flight/transfers in the itinerary and there will not be any refund of the amount paid.
  • Disclaimer: The hotel reserves right to change availability of activities mentioned on the website, hence please check with the reception for the same at the time of check in.
  • lastminute.com is not responsible for any cancellations/timing changes for ferry/speedboat/train transfers due to bad weather conditions. Any applicable refund shall be promptly made, subject to the cancellation terms of the respective service providers.
  • International destinations may have some mandatory peak charges in certain periods of the year which the customer may have to pay in extra. For instance, Singapore hotels peak charges during Chinese New Year
  • City tax and airport tax, if applicable, are not part of the package price. The same should be paid at the respective destinations

Rescheduling Charges

  • 5% of the total package value will be charged for any rescheduling of the trip. In addition to that, any difference in fare for the revised date of travel should be borne by the customers based on availability and hotel reserves the rights to accept/deny the request for reschedule/cancellation. 


  • Documents requested should be sent across in time to process VISA.
  • Collection of documents at your doorstep, will incur additional cost.
  • Personal interviews for VISA are at the discretion of the Consulate, this has to be mandatorily attended by the applicant. Failing to attend this without a valid reason, can result in withholding any further processes.
  • In some cases, Consulate may require additional documents after the VISA application is submitted, the documents must be provided to them as per request.
  • In case of VISA rejection/delay, lastminute.com is not responsible and advance paid will be refunded after deducting the flight/hotel cancellation charges (as per flight/hotel policies). Incase of rescheduling of the package, reschedulig/cancellation charges applicable and the same has to be paid before rebooking the package.


  • lastminute.com is not responsible for airline cancellations/delays. Please contact the airlines directly for the updated airlines schedule. Customers should bare hotel rescheduling expenses if any, in such cases.
  • Please ensure that you check with airlines for online/offline check in options well in advance to avoid any additional charges.
  • Airport taxes may be collected directly at certain destinations and the same to be paid on demand directly and lastminute.com is not responsible for the amount collected.
  • We are not responsible for any additional charges for baggage's/seat selection/airport check in costs etc.
  •  Please confirm the terminal with the airline as the same can be changed anytime before departure.
  • Use PNR for all communication you have directly with the airline for your flight bookings
  • Carry a print out of  e-ticket and present it to the airline counter at time of check-in
  • It is advisable to update your contact information with airlines once you receive the flight tickets to get alerts directly.         

Cancellation Policies are as follows:-

Flight Tickets

  • No refund for non-refundable flight tickets once the Booking Intimation is shared. (24 hrs after making advance booking payment)
  • Full refund after deducting the cancellation charges (as per airline policies) for the refundable flight tickets atleast 35 days before travel date.
  • 5% of the total package value will be charged for cancellation of the trip once the BCR (Booking confirmation Receipt) is shared.
  • Within 35 days of travel date: No refund


  • No refund for non-refundable hotel rooms
  • Full refund after deducting the cancellation charges (as per hotel policies) for the refundable hotel rooms.
  • 5% of the total package value will be charged for cancellation of the trip once the BCR (Booking confirmation Receipt) is shared.

Refund Policy

  • Within 35 days of travel date: No refund
  • The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
  • All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
  • No refund for non-refundable flight tickets
  • Full refund after deducting the cancellation charges (as per airline policies and lastminute.com cancellation charges) for the refundable flight tickets before 35 days of travel date.
